Yowun Puraya 2016 National Program will be held on 30. 03. 2016 to 03. 04. 2016 at Sigiriya Air Force Camp under the guidance of Hon. Prime Minister. The program objectives are developing leadership skills, attitudes and knowledge among the youths and uplift these skills up to international standard. 5000 local and foreign youths and 1000 officers will be participated to this program.

On the expectation of making healthy public servant in Sri Lanka which implemented by new government the soft ball mutual cricket match between District Secretariat and Matale District General Hospital Doctor’s Team hold recently at St. Thomas’ college cricket ground under the patronage of District Secretary Mr. Neil De Alwis. District Secretariat beat Doctor’s team and became the winner. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  

Matale district “ Neela Haritha Lassana Lanka ”  Programme which organized by district secretariat with the collaboration of Ministry of Environment and Mahaweli Development was held on 01st June 2016 at district secretariat auditorium.
